Italy is well-known for its artisans.  We think working one-on-one of them is a great way for you to learn about the culture, nourish your spirit, and...have fun, of course!  In addition to the activities with your chosen track, during your time with us you'll do things like:

• the art of pizza making at Local Food

• Gathering of olives

• Horse grooming

And don’t worry - we’re also leaving time for just taking in the beauty of Italy with things like:

• Hiking

• Biking

• Tours of Lucca

• Horse-back riding

• Day in Florence

• A day at the beach (weather permitting)

• Villa tours

• Wine tasting

• Olive oil tasting
